Changing the kit settings (font colors, collar options) is different in FIFA 22 compared to our FIFA 21 tutorial.

In FIFA 22, the currently loaded squad / save file will always take priority over the database, so any changes made in the database tables will not show up if you have loaded an existing squad or save file.

To change the kit settings, we recommend adjusting the “teamkits” table in the respective squad / save file. You can use Revolution DB Master 22 for that - it works similar to the process described in our FIFA 21 tutorial - see the “Information” section at the bottom specifically.

Use the Teamkits Editor to make changes to the exported teamkits.txt table. You can even use exported "settings.json" file (located in the kit .zip download).

Please note that live squads overwrite changes made in the squad file, so for edits to show up they will have to disabled.
