PES Master operates FIFA Kit Creator and the related creator tools, user accounts, Showcase features, competitions, Plus memberships, and Kit Vision features available through this site. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have. Please also review our Terms of Use.

What We Collect

  • Account and profile data: username, email address, password hash, profile image, biography, linked social handles, and sign-in/session information.
  • Content you create or upload: kits, saved designs, user images, logos, reference images, prompts, Showcase submissions, competition entries, and generated Kit Vision outputs.
  • Payment and purchase data: plan, billing interval, credits, transaction and subscription identifiers, cancellation status, taxes, and limited billing metadata from payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, actions taken, referrer, timestamps, and security or fraud-prevention logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: cookies, local storage, session storage, advertising identifiers, analytics tags, and affiliate attribution data.

How We Use Information

  • To provide the services, authenticate users, save content, sync settings, and deliver exports, downloads, public sharing, and account features.
  • To process Plus memberships, one-time credits, subscription management, customer support, refunds required by law, and failed-generation credit refunds.
  • To operate Showcase, competitions, scheduled publishing, and official site or social promotion for content that you make public.
  • To run Kit Vision and related AI/image-processing features using third-party hosting and model providers.
  • To analyze usage, show ads, measure performance, prevent abuse, enforce our policies, and comply with legal obligations.

Where required by law, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligations as our legal bases for processing.

AI Features and Public Content

If you use Kit Vision or similar features, your reference images, prompts, generation settings, and related output data may be sent to third-party AI or image-hosting providers so the requested feature can work. If you publish content to Showcase or otherwise enable public visibility, that content may be publicly viewable and may be featured on our sites or official social channels.

When We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run the services, including with hosting, storage, CDN, analytics, advertising, authentication, email, payment, fraud-prevention, and AI providers. This includes providers such as Google services for analytics and ads, payment processors such as Creem, Stripe, and Gumroad where relevant, and AI/image providers such as kie.ai and Google Gemini where relevant. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transfer.

Cookies, Analytics, Ads, and Affiliate Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies for login, account security, billing flows, and core site functionality. We also use cookies or similar storage for creator settings, saved preferences, analytics, advertising, and affiliate attribution. You can control cookies and local storage through your browser settings, but some site features may stop working if you disable them. You can also review Google's Ads Settings and the Google Analytics opt-out. Where required by law, non-essential cookies are used on the basis of consent.

Retention, Security, and International Transfers

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the services, maintain accounts, process purchases, support public content, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure. Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, including countries with different data protection laws.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent for certain processing. To make a privacy request, contact us at admin@fifakitcreator.com or pesmastersite@gmail.com. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion by emailing admin@fifakitcreator.com or pesmastersite@gmail.com. When we process a deletion request, we delete or unlink the account data associated with that user as appropriate for the services. The main exception is kits that were entered into competitions: those entries may remain visible to preserve competition records and results, but the associated account details will be removed or disconnected.

Children

FIFA Kit Creator is not directed to children below the local legal age or age of majority required to use the services or make purchases. If you believe a child submitted personal data to us without proper authorization, contact us and we will review the request.

Changes and Contact
