Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of FIFA Kit Creator and the related creator tools, accounts, Showcase features, competitions, Plus memberships, and Kit Vision features operated by PES Master. By accessing the services, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least the local legal age or age of majority required to use the services or make purchases. You must provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
Scope of the Services
FIFA Kit Creator is an unofficial creator platform. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with game publishers, clubs, leagues, manufacturers, sponsors, or other rights holders whose names, logos, or marks may appear in user content, templates, references, or outputs. You are responsible for complying with any game, platform, publisher, marketplace, or modding rules that apply to your use of exported or shared content.
Acceptable Use
- Use the services only for lawful purposes and do not upload or submit content that infringes rights, is fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or malicious.
- Do not interfere with the services, scrape them without permission, bypass access or payment restrictions, introduce malware, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not use the services to exploit third-party brands, images, likenesses, or other protected material unless you have the right to do so.
Our Content
Except for user content and clearly identified third-party materials, the services, software, site design, creator tools, templates, graphics, and branding are owned by PES Master or its licensors. You may use them only through the services as offered. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit them except where the services expressly allow it.
Your Content, Showcase, and Promotions
You retain rights in content you create or upload to the extent you own those rights. You represent that you have the permissions needed for the designs, logos, badges, names, images, prompts, reference materials, and other content you upload, generate, share, or publish.
For content you keep private, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and adapt it only as needed to operate the services. For content you publish, submit to Showcase or competitions, or otherwise make public, you also grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, promote, and feature that content on our sites and official social channels. We may remove, refuse, feature, rank, unpublish, or disqualify content for legal, policy, technical, or editorial reasons.
Third-Party Rights and AI Features
Many designs may involve club, league, sponsor, or manufacturer marks. You, not PES Master, are responsible for obtaining the rights needed for your use of those materials. We may respond to infringement or takedown complaints by removing content or restricting access.
Kit Vision and related AI features rely on third-party providers. Outputs may be unavailable, delayed, rejected, imperfect, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before using, publishing, exporting, or relying on them.
Paid Features
Plus memberships, subscriptions, and one-time credits are billed through third-party payment providers. Prices, taxes, payment methods, and providers may change. Subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled through the available customer portal or billing provider. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. Failed Kit Vision generations are automatically refunded in credits when processing fails. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be suspended or revoked if obtained through fraud, abuse, or payment reversal.
Availability, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, including features, providers, file formats, AI models, storage, public visibility tools, or pricing. We may suspend accounts or remove content for violations of these terms, abuse, non-payment, security concerns, rights complaints, or legal reasons. You should keep your own backups of any content you want to preserve.
You may also request account deletion by emailing admin@fifakitcreator.com or pesmastersite@gmail.com. When we process a deletion request, we delete or unlink the account data associated with that user as appropriate for the services. The main exception is kits that were entered into competitions: those entries may remain visible to preserve competition records and results, but the associated account details will be removed or disconnected.
Disclaimers and Liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that exported files, AI outputs, or public links will work with every game, browser, platform, or future update.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PES Master is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, compatibility, or business opportunity arising from the services, third-party providers, user content, or publisher or platform changes. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PES Master regarding the services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Changes, Disputes, and Contact
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the date above. If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally.
